When Will You Receive Your Order?
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days
- Shipping Time: 4–6 business days
Orders placed after 9:00 PM PST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Currently, we have only Standard Shipping options.
- Orders under $69.00 → $7.95 flat shipping fee
- Orders $69.01 and above → Free Shipping
We Ship Across the USA
Currently, Lunalyn delivers only within the United States.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. Tracking usually becomes active within 1–2 days of dispatch. If anything looks off, just let us know.
What If Something Arrives Damaged?
We’re really sorry if that happens. Please contact us immediately at contact@lunalyn.shop with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right quickly — whether it’s a replacement, exchange, or refund.
