What is the order cut-off time? 9:00 PM PST on business days. Weekend and after-hours orders are processed the next working day.
Do you ship internationally? No — US addresses only.
How do I track my order? A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships. Tracking activates within 1–2 days of dispatch.
Returns
How long do I have to return an item? 30 days from the date of delivery.
How do I start a return? Submit the return at Return Hub with your order number and clear photos. Once approved, a free return shipping label will be sent to your email.
Is return shipping free? Yes — Lunalyn covers return shipping on all approved returns.
What items cannot be returned? Final sale items, clearance, gift cards, and digital products.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do? Submit a return request with photos. We will replace or refund it immediately.
Refunds
