Refund policy
Lunalyn wants you to be happy with your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’ve made returning easy.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Submit your return request to the Return Hub within 30 days. Include a few clear photos and your order number. Once we review and approve your return, we’ll provide a return shipping label with instructions.
Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on all approved returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery, including photos. We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for in-store purchases. Online orders are eligible for returns and refunds only.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Important Notes
- We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.
- Promotional discounts and offer codes are non-refundable.
- Final sale, clearance items, gift cards, and digital products are non-returnable.
- Please double-check sizes, colors, and all order details carefully before placing your order.
